As I look back on the achievements of the past school year, I am filled with gratitude for what we accomplished together as a team. Our theme, BE BOLD, truly embodied our commitment and determination. We earned another A-rating, were honored as a National Magnet School of Excellence, and proudly ranked in the top 10 for attendance out of over 300 schools. We advanced from a STEM GOLD designation to STEM PLATINUM, and our award-winning PTA once again earned the National PTA School of Excellence distinction! These achievements are a testament to our dedication to excellence and our bold approach to creating an exceptional educational experience at Carver!
This year, we’re embracing the theme of Breakthrough. Like a butterfly unfurling its wings, our breakthroughs will be about academic and personal growth, unfolding gradually, strategically and beautifully. We will prioritize creating a warm and nurturing environment where academic success flourishes alongside meaningful connections among our students, staff, and families. Together, we’ll celebrate every step forward, cherishing the journey of growth and transformation as united Carver community.
To continue fostering excellence at Carver, we rely on your invaluable partnership. Our PTA has set an ambitious goal of reaching 450 members this year, and your involvement will be key to our success. By actively participating at Carver, keeping open communication with teachers, and engaging in school events, you contribute to the thriving, supportive educational experience that defines Carver.
